The personal data herein filled in by you as well as any other data further generated as a consequence of your relationship with us shall be incorporated in databases jointly controlled by Bø Sommarland AS (domiciled at Steintjønnvegen 2, 3800 BØ i Telemark, Norway; and its parent company Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A. (domiciled at Parque de Atracciones, Paseo de la Castellana 216, Planta 16. 28046 Madrid, Spain) (the “Controllers”). The data shall be processed for (i) the development, management and control of the relationship with us and, in particular, for the management of the acquisition of the ticket to access the park or the acquisition of any of our other products or services, (ii) the management of your participation in our promotions, surveys, games or contests, (iii) for processing the requests that you may address to us and keeping our correspondence in order to improve our services as well as (iv) for statistical purposes.

It is optional to enter your personal information and the consent can be withdrawn at any time. Please note that if you wish to withdraw your consent, this may affect our ability to implement the customer relationship. In order to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, as legally provided, please address your written request to any of the Controllers at their relevant domicile above indicated, specifying “ARCO Request” in the subject matter and joining a copy of any document evidencing your identity.


IF YOU ARE UNDER 15 YEARS OLD, WE NEED YOUR PARENTS’ CONSENT. For this purpose, we will contact them and will ask them to confirm to us that they are your parents or guardians and their consent and, in that moment, we will be able to accept your application.
